Prepare forensic accounting calculations and reports of financial data relevant to various areas of insurance claims, such as Business Income Loss, Extra Expense, Stock/Inventory Loss, and so on.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) (GAAP).
• A master’s degree in accounting is desirable.
• A minimum of three years’ experience as a forensic accountant, certified public accountant, or other comparable function is necessary.
• If you have a CPA or CFE license, this is a fantastic alternative.
• A thorough knowledge of the legal and regulatory issues that a company can face.
• Communicates with the insured or claims adjuster as needed.
• Two administrative tasks that must be managed are time management and bill preparation.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics is required to work in this field.
• Check for accuracy before sending claim evaluations and reports to the carrier.
• Flexibility and the ability to travel as needed.
