Qualifications:

• Develop a strategy for continuous improvement and implement it in order to simplify processes while increasing accuracy and efficiency in the workplace.
• Demonstrated ability to provide analysis and use judgment to evaluate alternative solutions. Expectation of succinct communication with top executives to emphasize concerns and solutions, as well as relevant facts.
• The ability to manage and prepare project team resource needs in coordination with cross-functional departments is essential, as are competencies in project integration and planning, communication and documentation.
• Receive raw supplies, transport completed items and organize both in the warehouse area in the warehouse function.
• As part of your job, you should work with the purchasing manager and the senior supply chain planning manager to make sure there are enough products in stock at all times.
• In charge of the internal endeavor to build and maintain an effective and accurate physical inventory system, including ERP transaction correctness, physical inventory events, and cycle counting as needed.
• The capacity to lead workers in departmental operations, such as delivering instructions and training, attaining objectives, rapid turnarounds for tasks asked by top management, and progressive discipline, is crucial.
• Specifically, this role encompasses the complete strategy and execution of the supply chain management function, as well as the planning and directing of the company’s activities and operations.
• Maintain thorough records, prepare reports, and create presentations to assist management in understanding the logistical viewpoint.
