To improve brand value through market share and margin expansion, the Senior Finance Analyst acts as the financial frontline for the category’s senior leadership in both short-term and long-term planning. Responsible for the financial planning and tracking of a category, this person works with the Sr. Director and Category Management teams from a product and account perspective. Create and direct financial analytics to back up unscheduled tasks like forecasting, reporting, market analysis, and sell-through metrics. Make fiscal recommendations to help direct strategic and tactical decision-making. Contribute significantly to long-term, all-encompassing financial planning, working closely with upper management and interdisciplinary groups.

Qualifications:

• Ensures that financial and non-financial managers receive top-tier, highly accurate information and analysis to help them make company choices.
• Plan and budget the most important expenses for the assigned sales office or key account in conjunction with the senior finance manager.
• Create and manage the wholesale channel and partner-driven monthly long-term revenue, margin, and volume forecast for the assigned Company.
• Construct economic instruments that facilitate the implementation of market strategies and insights across annual checkpoints.
• creates reliable monthly forecasts on time, month after month. coordinates with retail associates to fairly portray potentials and dangers.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc evaluations of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned Business Unit.
• Collaborate with other channel partners and integrate their input to report full forecast to Global HQ stakeholders.
• independently assess the financial implications of business risks and opportunities. Then, present your findings to senior leadership.
• Develop standardized best practices by making a contribution.
• Collaborating with Category Management teams and other important partners, establish and manage financial analyses of a product portfolio.

Skills:

• the ability to analyze sales data and/or finances (i.e. pricing, costing, market share, sell-through).
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to accomplish assignments simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Proven ability to think critically, familiarity with accounting and finance principles, and solid grounding in retail math and comprehension of the factors that affect retail finances are all pluses.
• Proven ability to work across functional lines, connect data from several sources, and produce creative and new solutions in an entrepreneurial setting.
• The capacity to communicate information clearly and answer to queries from managers, stakeholders, salespeople, peers, and clients.
