We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Inventory Manager to join our expanding organization. Your primary objective in this position will be to monitor and report on the inventory levels of our organization. You will be responsible for designing inventory tracking systems, evaluating supply levels, ordering new goods, and doing daily analyses. A great inventory manager is a reliable individual with exceptional record-keeping and analytical skills. The selected candidate will exhibit superior organizational and problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to understand and analyze huge amounts of data.

Qualifications:

  • Assist in developing long-term supply chain strategy and implementation plans.
  • Provide risk analyses, alternate plans, and mitigation efforts to the management.
  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly business reporting and analysis.
  • In charge of informing the following management level of business-related challenges or opportunities.
  • Work with demand managers, supply managers, and cross-functional partners to standardize inventory operations while recognizing the challenges and distinctions between business units.
  • Develop supply and demand planning strategies and techniques that improve operational efficiency and deliver high levels of service to customers.
  • To handle numerous supply chains, the Infrastructure team’s Demand/Supply/Inventory planning and tools must be developed, deployed, and continually improved based on business needs.
  • The capacity to hold ourselves and others accountable for things like projection accuracy, quarterly financial variance, and inventory utilization and delivery performance is a valuable tool for product development.
  • Cross-functional KPIs should be developed, implemented, monitored, and reported on to ensure efficient execution, integration, and performance in respect to inventory targets. Improve metrics by devising and putting into practice a plan.
  • Ownership and promotion of operational compliance with each business group’s inventory requirements is your responsibility.

Skills:

  • Understanding of and comfort level with business case creation, internal communications, and presentations.
  • Warehouse management techniques and best practices are a strong suit of mine.
  • Database and warehouse management software practical experience.
  • A thorough knowledge of inventory management tools, data analysis, and forecasting procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equal level of work experience, with at least three years spent in a retail setting working in a position linked to inventory.
