We are looking for a highly driven and self-sufficient professional. This role may be responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable as well as maintaining and monitoring inventories. The position will collaborate with the accounting team on a variety of initiatives. The individual in this position must have exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • By carrying out designated accounting and clerical tasks, such as creating journal entries and reconciling transactions, you may assist the controller and executive staff. Keep thorough records of all company dealings. Process the daily work records into the company’s general ledger.
  • Due to frequent interruptions at work, it is essential to maintain your multitasking and attention to detail skills. Responds to inquiries on agency services from the general public. Administrative or associated tasks are handled as required.
  • To assist with month- and year-end closings and to ensure correct reporting in a time-sensitive manner Before disbursing funds to workers, examine any deviations from the budget.
  • Keep a watch out for A/P bill trends such as changes in the payment address, services, freight, and fuel surcharges. Verify A/P invoices for vendor-specified price variances. Verify A/P invoices for accurate payments based on products ordered, received, and invoiced.
  • Monitoring financial transactions Invoices and payments are managed and posted. Keeping track of each financial transaction, Monitoring employee pay and producing standard reports All of this is required for this position.
  • Keep track of activities related to deposits, such as making Excel workbooks, C/M postings, and G/L postings. Pay the bills and get the information you need, Give information about biweekly plan contributions to a third party who keeps records.
  • Receiving, recording, and accounting for daily financial items Take calls, answer emails, organize mail, and maintain file cabinets. Daily reconcile cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate under time constraints is required. Working with groups of people is an absolute need.
  • Support the creation of plan communications aimed at informing and complying with participants’ wishes. According to the person in charge, this function might include all aspects of Payroll.
  • Complete several forms, including checks, invoices, and other financial documents. Assist senior accounting personnel with their accounting responsibilities.

Skills:

  • As a result of their ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines, Financial, payroll, accounts payable, buying, and computational, organizational, and analytical talents have been shown in the past.
  • Data entry and office management experience spanning at least two years is needed (filing, copying, and scanning). This collection includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Assist internal and external customers professionally and courteously with payment reconciliation and third-party financing issues.
  • It’s critical to be able to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and colleagues by phone or email. For success, you’ll need a tolerance for frequent change in the workplace.
