The Financial Services Representative is responsible for the accurate and timely opening of new consumer and business accounts in accordance with the Bank’s strict requirements for the provision of services of the highest quality. The role of the Financial Services Representative is to inform customers on the bank’s goods and services, assist them in determining what those products and services should be, and refer them to other team members as necessary. attends training and shows a thorough understanding of policies and procedures to ensure financial institution compliance with laws and regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Consumer Privacy, Information Security, Bank Protection Act, and others. In accordance with established procedures, the Financial Services Representative may be called upon to function as a notary public.

  • Execute accounting operations, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and/or other account activities, accurately and quickly.
  • In order to effectively cross-sell credit union products and services, you must first learn the unique financial objectives of each credit union member.
  • Accurately respond to member questions about credit union accounts and other services by maintaining a thorough understanding of those offerings.
  • Obtains required paperwork and provides support during the application process for the Financial Aid Unit (FAU).
