Assists as a financial adviser for an allocated book of business, providing advice-based financial solutions. Actively seeks for new and current investments and insurance solutions from the mass affluent consumer category, mainly in the retail and business banking sectors. Works with Investment Advisors, Financial Advisors, Community Partners, Wealth/WISD, and Mortgage to provide advice-based solutions and alternative investment and insurance solutions tailored to each customer’s unique circumstances and with the client’s best interests in mind.

  • Develops connections with clients and prospects while using a variety of business development strategies, such as holding sales seminars and telemarketing solicitations. The overarching objective of this work is to generate leads.
  • Maintain and expand referral channels and cultivate strong connections with Retail branch, Business Banking, and Wealth partners to guarantee that the investment requirements of existing and prospective clients in designated Markets and/or branches are met or surpassed.
  • Work with Financial Advisors, Licensed Bankers, and Business Banking employees with less experience to make sure you get good advice on investments and insurance.
  • COIs (Centers of Influence) may be used to vary investment products and services to meet client wants and regulations.
  • Prepare recommendations for personalized financial solutions to existing and future Bank clients and their portfolios based on personalized needs analysis; sell and close these independently. Profile clients’ requirements and provide suggestions. Use sales tools and modules to analyze and deliver the best advice, goods, and customer knowledge of solutions within set standard processes, regulatory standards, and each client’s best interests.
  • Meet or exceed stated sales targets for the allocated market, while serving the specific requirements of clients and adhering to relevant rules and procedures.
  • Provide a varied collection of brokerage, investment, insurance, and advice-based products with a Financial Planning mentality to suit the unique investment requirements of existing and future Bank clients in the mass affluent category.
  • Responsible for identifying possibilities to increase our customer services and recommending all ancillary services during Financial Planning Analysis.
  • Investment and insurance solutions may be offered to customers and referrals can be generated via retail, business banking as well as wealth management partnerships.
  • Offer financial planning services to clients by telling them about the pros and cons of the different products they can choose from to meet their specific needs in a way that fits those needs.


  • Since the job entails working with HNW households, the applicant should be confident and competent.
  • Candidates must be detail-oriented and driven by their job and their schedule in order to be successful in this position, which requires excellent time management skills.
  • Registration (If necessary and required by the state where the hiring will take place. If it was not already active at the time of recruitment, you are expected to get it within the first six months of your employment.
  • Computer literate with expertise in the Microsoft Office product suite, including Power Point and broker dealer-specific apps
  • High school diploma or the equivalent (preferably a bachelor’s degree). (Must have sold investments for at least two years) (preferably in a financial institution)
