The Financial Controller will manage and improve organization’s financial performance and direct accounting operations. Duties include managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditures, coordinating auditing processes and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

Qualifications:

• The salary for this position is determined on the number of years of experience.
• Accounts in the general ledger must be kept current and evaluated.
• A CPA license is preferred.
• The applicant must monitor and evaluate audits on a regular basis.
• Contribute to the organization’s cash flow estimates.
• Check to see whether all account reconciliations are completed on time.
• Financial statements and cash predictions should be prepared and tracked on a monthly basis.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field is needed. A master’s degree is strongly recommended.
• Examine the cost-benefit analysis.
• Manage employee accounts payable and reimbursements.
