Salary : $ 27.98 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Build a system for assessing key performance indicators, milestones, and other events and activities (KPIs).
• Assist in the creation of tax returns for income, value-added tax, withholding tax, and other types of taxes, together with the necessary paperwork and schedules, in line with governing bodies.
• Capability to create internal accounting and financial frameworks and a culture of constant improvement.
• Considerations include costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales outcomes, and the company’s actual performance in comparison to the business plans.
• Discuss future business plans and strategies with other divisions in the company.
• Help operational departments resolve accounting concerns, and make sure everything is recorded accurately and on time in accordance with GAAP and SEC guidelines. Training, mentoring, and development opportunities should be provided to members of the global finance team to help them better understand and use these concepts.
• Maintaining communication with auditors is crucial for ensuring effective financial supervision.
• Financial reports, analysis of financial data, and suggestions for next actions should be made available to managerial staff.
• Balance business needs with technological and procedural constraints by preparing for and avoiding bottlenecks, preventing problems from spiraling out of control, and making appropriate trade-offs.
• Offer suggestions and financial counsel for the business’s next plans.

Skills:

• The position calls for a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as economics, finance, or business administration (MBA preferred).
• The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of leadership and a strong motivation to learn and develop his abilities.
• You should have some experience with collaborative software that runs on the web.
• The ability to direct and improve the financial expertise of teams.
• Candidates must have advanced knowledge of PCs and be proficient in a variety of software programs, especially Microsoft Excel, Hyperion, and SAP.
