Field Supervisors are accountable for the construction center’s field installation services. This position is responsible for all administrative, field, service, and maintenance functions. Additionally, this job will coordinate the efforts of operations personnel such as field service and contract service personnel such as cabinet installers, countertop suppliers, and custom accessory vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bridges the achievement gap by determining the most appropriate educational and/or vocational assistance services for the clients served.
• Verbal, written, or electronic communication may be used to gather information that can be analyzed and used to find the best answer and resolve problems.
• Union members, labor partners, and state agencies may bring concerns to the attention of the Union Grievance Committee, which investigates and resolves them.
• Solving often complicated drilling issues by monitoring, analyzing, and assessing accidents utilizing logging and drilling data
• Cognitive/behavioral therapy is offered to clients as a means of reducing or moderating maladaptive habits that may interfere with employment.
• In addition to a weekly service and activity report, a monthly service forecast and vehicle mileage report, and a quarterly bonus report for the installer, you should provide periodic reports as needed.
• A variety of duties may be performed in this role, including as handling and presenting grievances, assisting with local and statewide union management communication committees, and acting as the primary negotiator in master agreement negotiations.
• takes care to ensure that customers get fast and quality service, while making sure they are treated with respect.
• Employee participation in workplace organizing and the creation of a membership structure guarantees that the Council’s aims are met.
• Supervises the work of campaigns in their service areas and verifies that all applicable requirements are satisfied. Contract campaigns, membership education drives, membership mobilization initiatives, leadership recruitment and development, and political action are all examples of activities that fall under this category.

• Capable of efficiently leading people by establishing excellent working connections with them, adjusting their leadership style to a diverse group of workers, detecting developmental needs, and providing coaching and mentoring to them
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers/clients in order to carry out obligations or answer to typical inquiries from customers/clients, regulatory authorities, members of the business community, and the general public.
• The ability to work in the construction industry, including cabinet installation, service, order processing, delivery scheduling and subcontractor management, is highly sought.
• There must be the capacity to use knowledge or experience obtained from operating transformers and other oil-filled/gas-filled electrical equipment in relation to all hazardous waste generated by SCE and contractor facilities.
• The ability to decipher a wide range of technical instructions, whether in mathematical or diagrammatic form, and to cope with both abstract and tangible variables.
