Field Supervisors are overseen by their management. In most cases, the person being monitored does not really conduct the task they are supervising. In charge of overseeing line workers assigned to work on overhead and subsurface electrical transmission and distribution line infrastructure in a safe, productive, and quality-oriented way. Customer service that is on time, affordable, and dependable.

Qualifications:

• among others, generate periodic reports such as a weekly activity and service report, a monthly service, forecasting, and vehicle mileage report, and a quarterly installer bonus report, among others
• Monitoring, analyzing, and assessing occurrences utilizing logging and drilling data to solve frequently complicated drilling issues
• Ascertains that staff is following Council goals by developing a membership structure and coordinating members’ workplaces.
• In charge of maintaining the execution of campaigns in respective service regions and ensuring that all required standards are met, Contract campaigns, membership education drives, membership mobilization efforts, leadership recruitment and development, and political action are all examples of what is included in this category.
• Establishes constructive and cooperative working relationships with partnering agencies, co-workers, supervisors, other employees, and local governmental agencies through meetings and other positive interactions in order to ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely services to all parties involved.
• Participates in union management communication committee meetings at the local and state-wide levels and serves as lead negotiator in collective bargaining agreement talks as needed, either independently or as a mentor.
• Provides guidance on the most suitable educational and/or career aid services to help clients close the achievement gap
• The provision of cognitive and behavioral therapies to clients in order to eradicate or lessen maladaptive habits that may interfere with work is the primary focus of this position.
• In order to evaluate results, choose the most suitable solution, and resolve challenges, information or data obtained via verbal, written, or electronic communication is organized and divided into separate components for analysis.
• Investigates and resolves complaints from members, labor partners, and state agencies; conducts inquiries into claims of staff misconduct; is responsible for remedial action; first-level disciplinary proceedings, and contract administration.

Skills:

• Ability to read technical instructions in a mathematical or diagrammatic manner is essential to grasp abstract as well as tangible factors.
• By establishing strong working relationships, adapting leadership style to different employees, identifying growth needs, providing coaching and mentoring for individuals in the workplace, effective leadership is shown.
• Experience in the construction sector, including cabinet installation, servicing, order processing, and delivery scheduling, and managing subcontractors, is desirable.
• There must be the capacity to use knowledge or experience obtained from operating transformers and other oil-filled/gas-filled electrical equipment in relation to all hazardous waste generated by SCE and contractor facilities.
• Customers/clients, regulatory agencies, members of the business community, and the general public all have questions that need to be answered by a customer service representative.
