To assist the team, we are seeking for a Healthcare Administrator. This person should ideally have prior healthcare experience and will have the opportunity to grow and advance.

Qualifications:

• Oversee all elements of patient care coordination.
• Ascertain that the patient’s unique treatment plan is developed, implemented, and updated.
• Before accepting the admission, assess the agency’s ability to meet the patients’ anticipated clinical needs.
• Assess the admission acceptability of patient referrals.
• Check that the patient and partner assignments are correct.
• Clinical partners should be coached, supervised, and precepted in order to achieve favourable recruitment and retention goals.
• Participate in center/agency surveys (Licensure / JCAHO) and any required reports that follow.
• To maintain the agency’s clinical and financial success, collaborate with other important partners inside the organization.
• Oversee the coordination of the agency’s internal and external referrals.
• Ascertain that the patients’ needs are regularly assessed.

Skills:

• Working in a home health environment for one year is necessary.
• You must have a recent CPR certificate.
• Two (2) years of recent experience as an RN is required.
• A valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence in the state where you plan to work.
• Has completed an accredited/approved RN programme or earned a nursing degree from an accredited institution or university.
