  • Potentially serves as single point of contact for disseminating data between agencies, organizations, and geographic areas.
  • meeting, retreat, training, and activity planning and execution for assigned department or program.
  • coordinates the installation of office equipment, the signing of leases, and the allocation of space.
  • Responds to incoming calls, takes messages, and types out drafts of routine letters, memoranda, and reports for both internal and external customers.
  • Coordination of operational affairs, including building maintenance/repair, office equipment, and purchasing. Maintains and cultivates vendor relationships, including obtaining price bids.
  • Conduct meetings to review workload and expectations to ensure the accomplishment of objectives.
  • Whenever necessary, coordinates the department’s administrative tasks, including payroll, bookkeeping, and other related tasks. develops, when required, the systems and reports that direct and aid in the administration of business.
  • Helps Managers, Directors, Executives, and Officers with their everyday administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and writing mail.
  • May assist with Human Resource related tasks including interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training and performance evaluations, processing paperwork and maintaining employee records.
  • helps in the process of making and maintaining contracts and bids.


  • Ability to always protect sensitive company data, employee information, and employer secrets Capable of protecting sensitive company data, employee information, and employer secrets at all times.
  • Personal qualities: a sense of humor, dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to prioritize many things at once.
  • understanding of how office equipment works, how to collect basic data, how to use common office automation software, and how to buy things.
  • Ability to set priorities, make plans, and organize tasks with some autonomy and discretion.
  • The minimum level of education necessary is a Bachelor’s, but relevant job experience may be substituted.
