Job Description
A keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to fulfill strict deadlines while managing several vital demands from teams all over the world and collaborating effectively with other Executive Assistants in the company are essential in this position. The right candidate for this position will have a firm grasp of the company’s top goals and a track record of showing off their ability to proactively anticipate needs and push for enhancements. The ideal candidate can work swiftly and independently on complicated projects, respond with the right level of urgency in time-sensitive circumstances, and solve problems without needing to have all the information at their disposal. If you are highly motivated, have a track record of success, and can work well under pressure, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate is someone who exudes self-assurance and energy while also being resourceful, knowledgeable, technologically advanced, forward-thinking, self-motivated, and innovative in their approach to solving problems. Having a strong preference for taking action and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels are requirements. This individual will be trustworthy and discreet with sensitive material, as well as professional when interacting with C-suite executives.

Qualifications:
- Scheduling meetings, managing issues, setting priorities, and communicating last-minute changes or requests related to the CEO’s schedule are all responsibilities of this position.
- a history of multitasking success, with both short- and long-term goals met
- performs studies, collects data, and writes reports for review by upper management.
- You’ll need to draft business documentation for both internal use and distribution to your staff and external clients and investors.
- uses Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) to compile reports, write correspondence, and facilitate the development of presentations.
- greets guests arriving for meetings with important executives and, when necessary, accompanies them to conference spaces.
- Attend board meetings and aid in preparations including setting up workstations and presentations.
- Manage executive correspondence by fielding calls, answering emails, and interacting with clients.
- With regard to travel arrangements and daily calendars, you should be highly planned and proactive.
- performs a variety of administrative duties, such as paying bills, tracking expenses, and stocking office supplies.
Skills:
- Capable of handling multiple tasks at once and excelling in the areas of organization, project management, and problem resolution.
- familiarity with standard workplace technologies such as telephones, scanners, fax machines, and photocopiers.
- be fluent in all of Microsoft Office but especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Competence in handling ambiguity, uncertainty, and pressure (deadlines, etc.)
- At least two years’ worth of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
