Qualifications:

• Verify whether the Seller/Buyer package has any preprinted escrow instructions or documents.
• In line with established escrow protocols, completes each escrow folder and files its contents.
• Contact the lender, get hazard insurance and HOA information, enter basic order information into an automated system, schedule closing dates, and get a builder’s report.
• As part of every company’s growth plan, finding and acquiring new customers is a critical element of the process.

• This individual is responsible for producing paperwork, finalizing deals, consulting customers, and managing finances.
