At a manufacturing company, we’re looking for an Equipment Operator. Setting up, running, monitoring, and maintaining rewinding equipment, handling rolls of labels as they come off the reminder, and putting label rolls into boxes and stacking on pallets are all responsibilities of this profession.

Qualifications:

• A variety of basic to more advanced equipment, such as rubber-tired backhoes, tracked excavators and loaders, maintenance crews, bobcats, cranes, compactors, and front-end loaders, is used to clean and maintain debris from streams and the sanitary sewer system.
• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and safety of the maintenance facility on a daily basis. After each usage, thoroughly clean the equipment. Inspect all machinery and notify the Equipment Technician if there are any problems.
• Transports and unloads construction goods from City stockpiles or suppliers for City development or maintenance projects.
• Utilize hand and power tools, as well as construction and maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, front-end loaders, and air hammers, in a safe manner. Perform physical work including culvert cleaning, mowing, pothole repair, debris removal, and shoveling asphalt and snow.
• Performs routine mechanical maintenance and repairs on construction equipment to keep it in a condition where it can continue to work well.
• Utilizes large machinery while adhering to the company’s safety standards and procedures. Maintains accurate records of regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Positions raw materials and final components using material handling equipment Use SOPs to operate and maintain a vehicle.
• Assume responsibility for all equipment operator tasks. Keep a complete log of all machine operations, maintenance, and gas usage.
• Everyone who wants to be successful has to be able to communicate effectively both within and outside of their company. Educated in the policies and protocols of the company governing safety Participates actively on a team.
• Moves earth-moving equipment and other medium- to large-sized vehicles to the project site while following safety rules and requirements.

• Education at the high school level or its equal in terms of both experience and a general equivalency diploma (GED), Experience in mechanical assembly, operating a forklift, and/or operating comparable machine equipment for a period of two years, Required to possess a Driver’s License in Good Standing.
• Construction processes, methods, and materials are all covered. familiarity with common workplace dangers and safety precautions Manual dexterity and endurance for long periods of time.
• Required experience includes either six months working as an Equipment Operator I or one year working in a job that is comparable. An education in turfgrass management or a topic that is comparable may be substituted for work experience.
