Job Description

We are searching for a Salon Receptionist who wants to join a developing nail salon and has a minimum of one year of experience in reception. If you have any knowledge about front desk reception, you are aware that it calls for multitasking, a grin, and a drive to work quickly.

Qualifications:

  • Earn hourly compensation plus retail commission in a fun and friendly environment.
  • The spa’s receptionist welcome guests and answer any queries they may have as they enter.

  • Delivers top-notch service by collaborating with the entire team.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the spa and fitness industry as a whole.
  • Signs for packages, tells the intended recipient, and confirms delivery. There will be some heavy lifting involved.
  • profit from working in a salon that offers everything from basic hair care to the latest trends in hair styling, coloring, and texturizing.
  • Make stylist referrals to new clients, schedule new appointments, and take all incoming calls for the salon.
  • Answer the phone in a cheerful and upbeat manner.
  • To provide a good experience and address any issues, the staff successfully communicates with the guests. At all times, provide guests with services that are courteous, prompt, and professional.
