To enable collaborative functional testing with our partners, the Quality Assurance Manager will work to monitor software quality and related business/technical risks. They will be committed to supporting collaborative functional test planning with our partners, creating test scenarios, observing and assisting with the execution of test scenarios, and evaluating findings. Strong logical thinking, meticulousness, tenacity, patience, and inventiveness are all need for this job. To assess, manage, and carry out performance testing methods, the individual will collaborate with our modules test counterparts at our partner firms, internal development teams, Database Administrators, Business Analysts, and support teams.

Qualifications:

• Responsible for ensuring that all client records are complete and accurate for use in determining eligibility and for use in accounting and reporting in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Client Services Department.
• Regularly meet with other employees and management to discuss the accuracy of customer files.
• Reviews, analyses, and analyzes complicated information to ensure the department meets and is compliant with set quality standards.
• Issues uncovered during testing are documented and reported to management.
• the facilitation of problem-solving sessions with an emphasis on quality improvement; frequent tracking of file submissions; efficient communication of case review results/findings.
• As asked by management, organizes data into a logical structure for oral presentations and written reports.
• executes the extensive tests that have been designed construct and maintain an automated performance testing system.
• attains and maintains expert-level knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and guidelines from the federal, state, and department levels.
• Effective management of caseload, achievement of performance targets, and compliance with all applicable departmental, state, and federal regulations are guaranteed by timely follow-up.
• Collaborates with other team members to understand the scope of test cases that will be used for automated scripts.

• Must be able to use good judgment, plan, and little supervision to accomplish projects and assignments on time.
• It is necessary to have the capacity to operate both alone and together in a demanding environment.
• In a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere, you must be able to prioritize and juggle many tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication with management and the team is a requirement.
