The Program Administrator and Program Manager will collaborate closely to plan, manage, and support the successful rollout of the university’s new ERP platform.

  • Composes and creates a wide range of business communications, reports, confidential documents and/or forms, and associated items, or directs the work of others who do so. As permitted, review and sign.
  • ensuring that each department involved in a program collaborates with the others to achieve its goals (human resources, financial services, student services, etc.)
  • Participate in the program if you share its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
  • Responsible for gathering data and doing research for use in internal reports. Discovers timely patterns and central data. The format and contents of the report are suggested according to how well they would explain the findings.
  • Coordinates department public relations activities, such as special events, conferences, and seminars, as assigned. Makes arrangements with vendors for venues, facilities, catering, and guest housing, among other things. Coordination of promotional material development and/or dissemination.
  • creates and implements operational and administrative program policies. Manages the administration of program policies, their interpretation, and dissemination, and suggests or approves exceptions.
  • Facilitates the management of grant and contract administration. Performs budget monitoring duties, generates required reports, and submits them on time. Responsible for coordinating site visits, answering inquiries, and addressing problems with funding agency officers and university contract administrators.
  • Support the administration of the program in all its facets by working with the faculty, other offices, and partner universities.
  • ensures that sensitive information, such as faculty and staff personnel files, remain private and that only authorized individuals have access to them.
  • develops and manages the budgets for programs, and suggests or decides how to allocate resources and funds. whenever a request is made, provides financial status reports.


  • demonstrated expertise in management, finance, and budget oversight.
  • Excellent computer skills include familiarity with Microsoft Word, Adobe for making and editing PDFs, and online meeting tools like Microsoft Outlook and Teams, as well as Zoom.
  • An experience requirement of at least three (3) years must be met.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, a highly collaborative work style, and excellent communication skills.
  • It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree, although four more years of relevant experience can be substituted.
