We are now seeking a Production Associate to join our team. If you’re a journalist with a passion for the social sciences and/or data analysis and a history of using evidence to inform your work, we want to hear from you. Our ideal Production Associate will have a wide range of interests, be proficient in statistics and academic research methods, be extremely detail-oriented, and have superior writing skills.

Qualifications:

• Cooperate with internal teams and the development team to identify, document, and test solutions to website issues relating to products and back-end functionality.
• Work closely with the development team to define the features and content of the digital experience, and then oversee its creation and testing to ensure quality.
• Each year, employees are expected to complete at least one online training as well as any applicable in-house trainings.
• Carry out tasks and updates for our online store, including uploading products and updating prices.
• Familiar with the following: Microsoft Office, eXtyles, Adobe, ProofCentral, and PTS (basic level).
• Cultivate and maintain fruitful partnerships with the underwriting, closing, and asset management closing teams, as well as with external agency investors.
• Partner with other departments, such as design, to finish projects on schedule and enhance the digital service we provide to our customers.
• Build, design, and edit proposals by providing memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, images, presentation graphic/charts, and end bound volumes.
• Manage the onboarding of new suppliers and quality control checks to ensure that all diamond video and photo sites are up to par.
• The Production Associate must strictly adhere to all processes in order to produce quality goods.

Skills:

• Excellent planner with a strong urge to see a project through to completion.
• WordPress and MailChimp are two content management systems and marketing and outreach tools you should be familiar with.
• Superb verbal, writing, interpersonal, and technological skills and expertise.
• The successful applicant will have extensive experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Applicants should have at least a high school graduation, and a degree in culinary arts is preferred.
