Qualifications:

• Assemble or repair plumbing fixtures and equipment in compliance with a certain project’s specifications or plumbing laws. Laying and installation of PVC pipes
• Support the installation and maintenance of different bathroom and kitchen fixtures in our multifamily residences. Diagnose and rectify water supply issues, following work orders’ instructions.
• Helps the plumber with all of his or her duties. Looks at building plans and working drawings to figure out what tools are needed and how the installations should be done.
• Used a variety of manual and power tools to assemble valves (metal or nonmetal) and pipes (nonmetal or metal) constructed of a variety of piping materials under the supervision of a supervisor.
• Heave loads with the use of slings, chains, shackles, hooks, and cables, Check for leaks in piping systems using pressure gauges connected to the pipes and raising the pressure inside the pipes themselves.
• Mastering the ability to read and understand isometrics, single line drawings, double line drawings, shop fabrication drawings, and mechanical schematics is an invaluable skill.
• Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic components, such as pumps and cylinders, may be done using hand tools. Install and repair pneumatic and hydraulic controls and pipes, as well as pumps and meters, in accordance with designs and specifications using hand and power equipment.
• Finds and marks the location of pipes, pipe connections, and holes in walls and floors for pipes to go through. Also cuts holes, threads, bends, joins, and caulks pipes.
• Checks the structure with help to see if there are any obstacles that should be avoided to keep the structure from getting weaker because of the pipe installation.
• Metal and nonmetal valves, pipe fittings, and pipelines are assembled and installed by this person.

Skills:

• Having the ability to utilize fundamental hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, and screwdrivers is essential. skillful use of the standard hand instruments used in the plumbing profession, operation of the drain cleaning equipment, and the ability to identify possible issues with plumbing systems.
• Threaded, PVC, bolt-up flange connections, and copper sweating may all be installed quickly and easily. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
• A high school graduation or equivalent GED, at least six months of work experience in the field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience are required.
• Capacity to read and comprehend materials like safety standards, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Capability to compose ordinary communication and reports.
• The ability to operate autonomously and with little supervision, Capability to operate efficiently in a team setting, A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to and from work are required.
