We’re looking for a Photographer to join our team. You must be extremely driven and display high standards to be the successful candidate we want. It is critical that you be able to communicate your skills by exhibiting style in each object you photograph. You’ll be asked to contribute your suggestions on how we can enhance our speed while preserving quality as we develop and adapt our approach. You’ll also help with numerous photography-related requirements for our mission-driven, fast-growing organization. You’ll need grit and hustle, as well as a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Seasonally, the Photographer will cover a wide range of school and sports events (proms, dances, pageants, and candids), as well as host student sessions in and out of the studios.
• Create photographic standards and processes to ensure that our consumers get consistently high-quality photos. Make it a point to be on time for all scheduled appointments.
• On technical and scientific missions, make decisions on shutter speeds, lens settings, filters, camera angles, exposure times, and camera remote controls.
• Use high-quality still cameras, lighting equipment, and other related techniques to take photos that have a lot of problems with speed, motion, color contrast, and lighting.
• Every photograph of a product should adhere to industry standards for lighting, color accuracy, and exposure, and the product pictures themselves should be produced and arranged in line with the specifications that have been predetermined.
• For photo editing, you’ll need to be at least somewhat proficient in Adobe Photoshop and CaptureOne. Exporting and disseminating final images is an important step in the creative process.
• Must be able to travel to numerous places for events that take place outside of the studio. You may be needed to be on-call and react fast to last-minute scheduling changes.
• Organize and prepare your photographic equipment and materials before each shoot, Pose and photograph individuals to get a high-quality shot.
• Personal protection equipment (PPE) is required for all employees in a job where health and safety take precedence above everything else. Paying for photography instruction in order to improve one’s skills and get more information
• Has a great feeling of responsibility for the working studio’s cleanliness and maintenance. Quick learning capacity and a strong desire to learn new techniques and software Capable of prioritizing output according to a specified timetable

Skills:

• Successful completion of a year-long training program in photography, electronics, or networking, or a Microsoft-accredited course.
• Making changes to the ISO, aperture, and shutter speed Competence in the advanced use of Adobe Photoshop is necessary. Primitive editing and retouching (liquify, lasso tool, spot healing, etc)
• Experience in styling and/or taking photographs of products, A meticulous and accurate eye for both the details and the colors, Digital photography, lighting, picture editing, and composition abilities that are on the intermediate level.
• having a basic working knowledge of the Mac OS and using a DSLR Excellent ability to plan ahead and stay on top of things, to fix illumination and camera malfunctions
• Enjoy designing, building, and debugging electrical layouts and designs, as opposed to sitting at a desk all day every day. Communicate well with others in the workplace.
