To put it simply, as the Office Coordinator, you will be the face of the company to the many visitors, clients, temporary workers, and suppliers who come through the doors each day.   • Helping to keep the office calendar and schedule appointments.
  • In a warm and informed manner, please answer all incoming calls.
  • Be responsible for the follow-up and voice your concerns quickly to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Act as the primary contact for any administrative tasks that need doing, such as making phone calls, sending faxes, taking messages, producing PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • assisting the office/facility manager with a variety of administrative tasks, such as facilities and general maintenance services.
  • utilizing and maintaining office equipment such printers, scanners, fax machines, and mail sorters.
  • Acknowledge the possibility of working longer shifts to enhance the quality of care you provide, and communicate this to your coworkers as appropriate.
  • Help out-of-town guests feel at home by pointing them in the direction of interesting sites and delicious restaurants.
  • Establish a time and place for interviews. Potentially able to aid with candidate phone screenings.
  • contributing to the back-end by helping out with things like data entry, word processing, and mailings.


  • have an innate familiarity with computer systems and the cognitive chops to quickly learn new programs.
  • a minimum of one year of experience working in an office environment or providing customer support
  • Required talents include attentive listening skills and fluency in both written and verbal forms of communication.
  • Three years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
  • The willingness to accept the responsibilities of the profession is crucial, as is the understanding that challenges and setbacks are an inevitable part of the work and must be prepared for.
