Job Title : Entry Level Inventory Specialist

Salary : $ 35.02 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Tools, equipment, and components are unpacked, organized, and stored before being received. Inventory is checked, order points are monitored, and orders are placed and expedited.
• Visually examines and measures tools and equipment for flaws and wear; notifies the supervisor of any issues.
• Labeling and identifying tools and equipment can be accomplished using identity tags, stamps, and electric marking tools.
• Assembles data on materials, machinery, supplies, or other items that have been received or dispersed, along with inventory balance, cost, and pricing.
• Respond to calls about material stock checks while capturing and sending all necessary information.
• Interact with shipping or inventory coordinators, department managers, internal and external customers to resolve any problems with material stock inventory levels.
• Helps with the planning and execution of physical inventory.
• Work professionally with the management and the rest of the team.
• Manipulates par levels, rearranges points/min/max, and lowers holding costs to locate cost-cutting opportunities.
• Maintains appropriate records and documentation; creates regular reports for management approval.

Skills:

• Respond to inquiries on inventory levels, taking and sending detailed notes.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with other team members and upper management.
• To find ways to save money, we adjust the par levels, rearrange the points, minimum, and maximum, and decrease the holding expenses.
• Facilitates the development and rollout of physical stocktakes.
• Keeps all necessary records updated and submits regular reports for review by upper management.
