Qualifications:

• Interact with shipping or inventory coordinators, department managers, internal and external customers to resolve any problems with material stock inventory levels.
• Maintains pertinent documentation and records, and produces regular reports for management to review.
• Respond to phone calls about material stock checks, recording and transferring any pertinent information.
• Measures and visually examines tools and equipment for faults and wear, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• To identify and label tools and equipment, use a label, stamp, or electric marking tool.
• Assembles information on materials, tools, supplies, or other items that have been received or dispersed, along with figures for the inventory’s balance, cost, and price.
• Manipulates par levels, rearranges points/min/max, and lowers holding costs to locate cost-cutting opportunities.
• Physical inventories ought to be included in the planning and execution phases.
• Maintain professional relationships with the management and the rest of the team.
• By assessing inventories, keeping an eye on order points, placing and completing orders, and receiving, arranging, and storing items, this job receives, unpacks, and stores tools, equipment, and component parts.

Skills:

• Process calls requesting stock checks, noting results, and relaying data as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and upper management in a professional manner.
• Responsible for keeping all necessary documents updated and generating routine reports for management review.
