Qualifications:

• Involved in financial quality control for the whole company and allocated initiatives. Assist in this effort.
• Prepares technical reports on payroll, estimates, cost data, and budget items, as well as performs periodic examination of fund balances and expenditures. Assists in the resolution of accounting or financial issues.
• Transacts with a variety of accounts. The preparation of periodic analyses of the fund balances and expenditures, and the preparation of technical reports on the payroll, estimations, cost data, and budget items
• As part of their accounting responsibilities, accountants must record, inspect, and analyze financial records, documents, or reports.
• Classifies, codes, posts, and balances documents and records related to finance and accounting.
• Generating financial data ensures that accounting and financial paperwork is accurate and full.
• Assists in the resolution of accounting and financial issues. Provides aid with accounting operations. Ensures that all standards, rules, and procedures are being adhered to.
• Give all assigned programs the necessary financial guidance while taking into account the location and model of the program.
• Work closely with senior financial reporting accountants and other experts to ensure that suitable accounting practices are implemented.
• Working with program and senior management on the yearly budgeting process and updating the budget as necessary.

Skills:

• A familiarity with administrative and clerical systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, file and record management, and other office technology.
• A person’s capacity to express and exchange ideas requires the ability to read, write, and communicate verbally and in writing.
• If you have a bachelor’s degree in accounting from a recognized college or university, or if you have a high school diploma or GED with four years of accounting experience, you will be considered for this position.
• The ability to critically evaluate alternative answers, conclusions, or approaches to issues by using logic and reasoning.
• The capacity to multitask, collaborate, and operate independently in an orderly and effective way.
