Qualifications:

• Participate in daily core subsystem design and implementation tasks for new features, improvements, and revisions. As required, support the enterprise platform and deliver immediate hot fixes for important problems.
• Code-review the work of your peers to make sure it is good, secure, and works well. Find ways to improve the performance, speed, and accuracy of the systems and workflows that are already in place.
• Make engineering estimates based on the project manager’s needs. Documentation for technical users should be thorough and useful.
• Maintain and improve the current client-side and server-side applications that are in charge of integration and business logic, Join the global blockchain community and work on putting the latest ideas for improvement into place.
• Staking and slashing algorithms, as well as key rotation, multi-signature validation, and administrative voting systems, are all examples of control nodes in a blockchain environment.
• Using React.js, Next.js, and other front-end frameworks to build interfaces for smart contracts to talk to the front-end, Helping developers on the team learn how to build blockchains.
• Assemble a complete blockchain system leveraging cloud computing, microservices, and integration standards.
• Analyze the completeness and viability of application requests and business needs Resolve and troubleshoot problems with production systems, including applications produced by other teams.
• Assess the offshore team’s programs and offer feedback to the Application Architect and other developers.
• Invest in blockchain technology research, design, development, and testing. Help to assess potential uses of new tools and technology as they continue to develop via brainstorming and other creative means.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities taking part in a cross-functional team The ability to operate in an Agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, At least two years of experience as a blockchain developer, A lot of back-end development, algorithm, and data structure experience.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Application Architecture and knowledge of OOD, design patterns, data modeling, messaging, sessions, Java Serialization, Java persistence, XML, JSON, SOAP, SOA, JavaMail, Web Services, Restful Web Services, Struts framework, and other Java EE technologies.
• A proven understanding of SOA and how to use this model to build applications, At least seven years of experience making Java programs and working on big J2EE apps in a BEA Weblogic environment.
• Having a basic understanding of the security concerns that are inherent in blockchain development Object-oriented programming and frameworks and technologies.
