Qualifications:

• Accounting support for audits and acquisitions through financial data examination, conversion to the accounting system, information gathering, and report production.
• Researching and analyzing data can help you find the answers to accounting and financial issues.
• Collaborate with finance and business operations to ensure accurate reporting and transaction reconciliation.
• Together with the controller, finance, and business operations team members, continuously improve accounting processes.
• Improve the invoicing and collection process by working with the client services team, media channel owners, and other external media partners.
• On operational efficiency, monetary rules, and business strategy, provide the regional controller strategic recommendations.
• Manage the group’s financial and operational responsibilities, such as processing purchases, revenue, billing, payables, and expenses, vendor contracts, and policy changes.
• As required, contribute to the accounting and organization’s objectives by completing relevant reports and analyses.
• Improve the efficacy and efficiency of the department by examining present processes and, if necessary, making improvements.
• Assist the firm with specific initiatives, such as technology deployments and examining the impact of accounting standard changes on financial reporting.

Skills:

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is necessary. Additional expertise with data warehouses, Microsoft Access, HFM, etc., is a bonus.
• To be able to manage accounting operations being transferred in, to examine and improve processes and procedures, and to train and improve the accounting team’s performance.
• It is important to carry out, comprehend, and share thorough information analysis and evaluation. Additionally, you should have prior success working in a team environment.
• Understanding of applicable laws, rules, and regulations as well as auditing procedures and best practices.
• Experience in consolidations and investment accounting are desired; the minimum needed accounting experience is four years.
