The Software Project Manager will be instrumental in expanding the capabilities and effectiveness of the organization’s whole supply chain in order to satisfy growth and productivity objectives. This individual will play a critical role in the formulation of strategy and initiatives. Qualifications:

• Improving the efficiency of the supply chain may be accomplished by using lean manufacturing techniques in the warehouse and distribution centers.
• Provides a complete picture of business goals and objectives, as well as functional knowledge input for deliverables that the team has worked on, and suggests or requests resources to meet project needs, as appropriate.
• Ensure that cross-functional project teams perform their allocated responsibilities on schedule and within budget. Keep track of how effectively your project’s execution plan is performing in respect to the project’s overall deliverables.
• Analyzes risks and trigger events, organizes risk response, establishes contingency plans, forecasts dependencies influenced by current project changes, and proposes ways to minimize future risks to management.
• Responsible for ensuring that consumers and the company’s objectives are satisfied by turning business plans into attainable tasks and offering development opportunities for project managers at lower levels
• Developing and teaching the project management discipline to personnel of all departments of a company as well as to technical team members
• It is important to keep an eye on the development of all project deliverables to verify that they meet quality requirements.
• provides project team members and stakeholders with subject matter expertise and knowledge management, and assures customer satisfaction via timely and high-quality product delivery.
• It’s important to plan, document, and carry out all parts of the project lifecycle. These include scope and requirement management, work breakdown schedule and timetable management, priority and dependency management, the assignment of roles and responsibilities to the project participants, and so on.
• Assumes responsibility for developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge and control over the project’s budget and financial elements, which includes coordinating and directing all parts of project scheduling, resource forecasting, financial management, and other relevant operations

Skills:

• Project managers must have a deep awareness of the project development life cycle and the ability to plan and prioritize a number of difficult projects.
• Process flow of work, Excel, Power Point, and excellent communication skills are essential to review project progress and resolve key issues/milestones with the project team members, as well as to communicate with project team members.
• Experience turning business demands into distinct initiatives that need particular technical, functional, and/or operational analysis
• Build a solid team and give each employee room to develop in order to retain profitability.
• have six years of expertise applying project lifecycle methodologies in different roles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process management, organizational change).
