  • This person prepares written reports, such as dashboard narratives and training or job-aid papers. Participant in the creation and/or delivery of training on talent-related topics and systems
  • Engage in the formulation and implementation of succession plans, as well as the design of development plans for new recruits.
  • For branded content campaigns and original network programming, develop relationships with agents and managers to locate and recruit on-camera presenters, celebrities, digital influencers and/or creators that suit the Company’s voice.
  • Handle basic HR activities such as onboarding, employment, employee relations, remuneration, benefits, and performance monitoring with little supervision.
  • Provide data-driven job suggestions based on knowledge of organizational policies, processes, and legislation.
  • Identifying corporate motivations for change, quantifying risks and benefits, preparing communication and ready materials to facilitate the transfer of career programs and procedures, and implementing change management approaches are all part of this process.
  • Develop and lead company-wide organizational training as well as staff development and engagement programs in order to build a performance culture that supports business success, employee engagement, and diversity, equality, and inclusion.
  • Plan, implement, and implement career development strategies, methods, and resources. Encourage and assist HR leadership and business partners in boosting the effectiveness, reach, and visibility of career initiatives, as well.
  • The performance management process should be managed to maximize effect while reinforcing key team-building behaviors. Employees are required to attend quarterly coaching sessions and complete performance assessments.
  • Work with both internal and external training providers to make sure that all new hires get technical training in areas like systems, coffee, wine, cocktails, food preparation and presentation, society, housekeeping, and maintenance.


  • Fluent in all aspects of social media. You know your way through Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and other social media platforms in order to find exceptional talent and influencers.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, General Business, or a comparable discipline is necessary.
  • From the publisher’s perspective, extensive knowledge in talent acquisition, pricing, and packaging, encompassing digital media and live events.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organization skills. Ability to provide timely, efficient, reliable, and pleasant service to customers. The capacity to communicate facts clearly and concisely.
  • Years of working in a show production environment, demonstrating the ability to schedule artists and other crew members effectively to fulfill production objectives and timeframes.
