You’ll be responsible for developing and updating a wide range of technical training materials for our staff in this position.. With the help of Program Managers and peers in the field of instructional design and learning administration as well as a diverse group of subject matter experts and collaborators, you’ll create hundreds of highly engaging and successful learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Adult learning theory should influence the creation of e-learning courses, instructional materials, and other electronic educational content.
• It is critical to develop a consistent set of project and management processes, instruction design standards, and any related compliance requirements.
• Give tips on how to increase the educational value of course materials and the efficiency of departmental operations by monitoring technological and commercial advances in the field.
• As part of a team, collaborate with colleagues to identify educational needs on a global and regional scale; develop learning goals; and provide engaging course materials.
• Research and organize material, and then develop content that translates difficult knowledge into well-written, understandable, and engaging online or multimedia training.
• Produce high-quality work on schedule while simultaneously managing several projects in an unpredictable, fast-paced setting.
• Educate faculty and staff on how to design and deliver online courses that are both fascinating and engaging.
• Evaluates the success of educational programs by developing assessment components that monitor results and guarantee alignment with corporate goals.
• Produces engaging and high-quality solutions that are aligned with the organization’s business goals and strategic imperatives by doing needs/audience analysis and developing performance targets, learning plans, and instructional methodologies alongside instructional designers.
• To assist your training, provide materials such as e-learning courses and tests, presentations and manuals for instructors, as well as videos and audio clips.

Skills:

• Construction of technology-based instructional content across many different academic areas and incorporating visual and audio components into multi-media learning materials are two of the most important responsibilities in this field.
• It is necessary to be able to properly input data and move through a system using a keyboard and a mouse, as well as to utilize telephone and headphone equipment, and to listen while entering information into the system is necessary.
• Resourcefulness and imagination, as well as the ability to adapt to change.
• A good understanding of how business and management ideas can help you plan for the long term, allocate resources, and model human resources and leadership styles is important.
• The power to influence others within their sub-team and the wider program team, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, are all prerequisites, as is a strong focus on results.
