To join our Content & Creative Marketing team, we’re searching for an experienced Marketing Strategist who is passionate about technology and the newest marketing trends. This role is for you if you consider yourself a self-starter with a passion for developing tales to help users of technology, as well as copywriting, optimization, and analysis. This position is either totally remote or based in one of our numerous offices and reports directly to the Director, Content & Creative. The ideal applicant enjoys writing and has expertise creating a wide range of material, but can also implement a smart and strategic content strategy to support business goals. The ideal Marketing Strategist must collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team.

  • Identify key partner organizations, news sites, and policy groups that suit our strategy and brand in order to form collaborations with online communities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external content authors and subject matter experts to meet deadlines and deliver a consistent, clear, and aesthetically attractive message.
  • To engage our target audience, we conducted research, produced, and wrote engaging data-based material concerning e-commerce, online payments, and fraud.
  • Take charge of the company’s content marketing strategy’s progression of themes/topics and content creation.
  • Implement and track email performance testing strategies like as templates, subject lines, send timings, customized content suggestions, audience segmentation, and more.
  • Conduct content and competitor audits to give content optimization recommendations, such as UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and classification, among other things.
  • Create and share content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, among other social media platforms.
  • Create a content schedule for the school’s website and social media accounts, and disseminate material across many channels to build a strong online presence.
  • Maintain a thorough grasp of branch operations in order to ensure that all rules and procedures are adhered to.
  • Monitor email performance, KPIs, and objectives with the audience development team to provide frequent reporting updates and insights for stakeholders (content, sales, and creative studio teams)


  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat), Canva, WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office, Grammarly, Google Workspace, and project management tools should all be included on your CV.
  • Coaching and counselling capabilities, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills, are all desired characteristics.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and work with other departments to evaluate the quantifiable impact of strategy and content choices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying close attention to details ability to interact effectively with clients and provide technical support to resolve client issues
  • Due to the tight deadlines and volume of work, previous experience/consistent performance in a deadline-driven environment is necessary.
