We’re looking for an eCommerce Manager right now. A successful incumbent will be required to drive sales and overall P&L effect for the company in accordance with business objectives, manage day-to-day operations, and improve overall collaboration and joint business goals with Company retail.

  • Provide support for Google Analytics, Glassbox, and other on-site and app publishing system technical functional issues to IT and the internal analytics teams.
  • The creation of new publishing system processes, which include page and asset total inventory milestones, as well as workflows that are directly connected to the lifespan of pages and assets.
  • The team is responsible for a variety of non-category specific activities, including but not limited to: Deal of the Day, Deal Center, Reward, Business Select, Credit, Community Investment, and all quarterly marketing initiatives.
  • Incorporating a product load schedule, content marketing calendars, performance marketing strategies and budgets into an existing team or creating a new one
  • Work with internal teams to incorporate Company-specific approaches into new product development, product launches, and marketing activities.
  • Work closely with Regional and Global Marketing Communication on the use of social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, SEO optimization, and the creation of online campaigns to promote digital sales.
  • Responsible for providing frequent reports on website performance and customer experience data, as well as refining site operations, finding growth prospects, and recommending sales expansion plans.
  • Site Merchandising manages product setup, visual merchandising, price, page manage, content, sale locations, and events.
  • Site Performance provides an in-depth look of the whole funnel and all of its moving parts. A site’s traffic and income may be boosted by using innovative and problem-solving techniques. Directs people to carry out the strategies he has devised.
  • Attending educational courses, reading professional publications, building personal networks, and joining professional groups are all ways to keep up with the latest developments in your field.


  • A demonstrated ability to assess data, synthesize outcomes, select the best course of action, and sell the advice is a prerequisite. Portfolio management or equivalent expertise working with or for important suppliers is a plus.
  • Accomplished verbal and written communication abilities, as well as a high degree of flexibility and 3+ years’ expertise with Microsoft Office are necessary.
  • It is important to have experience managing accounting and P&L, as well as having 5-8 years of expertise in eCommerce/account administration, understanding of digital and eCommerce platforms, and vendor management experience.
  • ability to advise consumers and potential customers on the best solution to meet their requirements based on the knowledge of the organization.
  • A four-year college or university bachelor’s degree and five or more years of relevant industry experience, or a similar combination of education and experience, are preferred.
