We’re looking for an eCommerce Manager right now. A successful incumbent will be required to drive sales and overall P&L effect for the company in accordance with business objectives, manage day-to-day operations, and improve overall collaboration and joint business goals with Company retail.

Qualifications:

  • This position’s key duties include monitoring and reporting on website performance and customer experience, as well as identifying and making recommendations for methods to increase sales.
  • Keeping up with your professional and technical knowledge may be done through joining in professional organizations, reading professional publications, going to educational programs, building personal networks, and so on.
  • Site Merchandising is responsible for managing the teams who are responsible for product set up, visual merchandising, pricing, page manage, content, and sale locations and events.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Global Marketing Communication on social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, SEO optimization, and online campaigns to promote digital sales.
  • The primary point of contact for all problems related to Google Analytics, Glassbox, on-site and app publishing platforms, and the IT and analytics departments within the organization
  • The development of new publishing system processes, which include page and asset total inventory milestones, as well as workflows that are related to the lifetime of pages and assets.
  • leads the team in all aspects of the digital experience, including non-category specific initiatives such as Rewards, Business Select, Credit, Diversity, Community Investment, Deal center, Deal of the Day, and all quarterly marketing campaigns.
  • Develop a business-as-usual end state, including a product load calendar, a content marketing calendar, and performance marketing tactics and a budget. This could be a consolidation within the existing team or a move to a new team.
  • Assist in the creation of new products, their introduction, and their promotion by working closely with the many departments within the organization.
  • Site Performance provides an in-depth look of the whole funnel and all of its moving parts. A site’s traffic and income may be boosted by using innovative and problem-solving techniques. Directs people to carry out the strategies he has devised.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of company financial analysis and P&L management, 5-8 years of eCommerce/account management experience, and vendor management experience.
  • Applicants must be able to examine data, synthesize outcomes, select the best course of action, and sell the advice. Experience in portfolio management or relevant experience working with or for significant suppliers is desirable.
  • With the company’s knowledge, able to provide clients and prospects advise on which solution would best meet their demands.
  • In addition to a high degree of flexibility and at least three years of experience with Microsoft Office, excellent communication, organizational, time management, and analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary for this position.
  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is recommended, as is five years or more of similar industrial experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
