As part of the Business’s Industrial Aftermarket, the E-Commerce Manager is responsible for establishing and implementing Company’s e-commerce strategy, managing its integrated company and distributor platforms, and extending its digital presence. In this role, you’ll be in charge of making the most of leads and improving your methods for generating them. E-Commerce development strategy plans developed and implemented by successful candidates will provide additional revenue and profit returns. E-Commerce managers that succeed in this role have a thorough understanding of the current industrial E-Commerce market needs, including but not limited to performing technology-based market research, discovering consumer voice and preferences and competitive analysis. In this role, you’ll collaborate with people from a variety of departments, including Product Management, Market Management, Communications, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

Qualifications:

  • Budgeting, organization, vendor capabilities, and tracking/monitoring methods.
  • Establish and manage links between merchants and retailers, as well as software integrations, to guarantee that an online retail platform’s daily operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain product catalog correctness and take responsibility for it (copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).
  • Weekly/monthly sales reports per department, new product sell-through, and performance monitoring and reporting on offer codes
  • Improving our online store’s revenue by integrating sales-related expertise, industry standards, and the latest technological advances.
  • Manages new web development, web maintenance, web hosting and web application firewall for all e-commerce websites. Manages external web development agencies and coordinates with internal IT resources
  • This person’s primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of online sales, data security, site hosting, and digital and direct marketing.
  • Ensures that specified marketing tasks are completed on time and within budgetary parameters.
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal and external departments (including Creative, SEO, Marketing, and Development) to identify feature requirements, track development, conduct acceptance testing with end users, and roll out new functionality.
  • A part of the yearly E-Commerce planning and budgeting process, encompassing new web development demands and ongoing platform maintenance.

Skills:

  • Digital marketing and analytics, e-commerce order fulfillment, distribution/shipping, fraud detection/loss prevention, and payment gateway integration are all skills required.
  • Preference is given to those with at least two years of experience selling collectibles online and/or in an auction atmosphere.
  • The candidate should have a strong sense of leadership and a persistent drive to learn and improve his abilities.
  • Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics are two tools you must be familiar with.
  • This position requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing management, business administration, information systems, or another closely related field.
