The E-Commerce Manager is in charge of establishing and implementing the Business’s electronic commerce strategy, managing its integrated company and distributor platforms, and increasing the Company’s digital presence in accordance with the Company’s Industrial Aftermarket strategic objectives. This role is in charge of increasing leads and optimizing lead generating tactics. By developing and executing a complete E-Commerce development strategy plan, successful applicants will be able to produce additional revenue and profit returns. A successful E-Commerce Manager will be well-versed in contemporary industrial E-Commerce market needs, including but not limited to performing technology-based market research, discovering consumer voice and preferences, and competitive analysis, in order to accomplish this aim. This job collaborates closely with teams from Product Management, Market Management, Communications, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

Qualifications:

  • Clearly defining project scope and goals, fulfilling deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and processes, budgeting, organization and vendor capabilities, and tracking/monitoring procedures are all part of project management.
  • New e-commerce websites, their upkeep, hosting, and security measures like a web application firewall are the responsibility of this person. Managing and monitoring the work of independent web design and development companies are among the duties.
  • Online sales, data security, website hosting, and digital and direct marketing are all within the purview of this individual.
  • Marketing duties must be accomplished on time and within cost constraints.
  • Establish and manage merchant and retailer relationships, as well as software integrations, to guarantee that an online retail platform’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams (Creative, SEO, Marketing, and Development) to establish feature requirements, supervise development, conduct user acceptability testing, and deploy new functionality.
  • Data on sales, new products, and offer code performance may be analyzed weekly or monthly to provide reports.
  • Creating innovative approaches to increase sales in our online store by integrating sales expertise, industry standards, and technological innovations.
  • Assists with annual E-Commerce planning and budgeting, including new site development needs and platform upkeep.
  • Maintain product catalog correctness and take responsibility for it (copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).

Skills:

  • Strong analytical abilities, including knowledge of analytical software such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • The applicant must possess a strong sense of leadership as well as a strong desire to learn and enhance his skills.
  • Extensive knowledge in e-commerce order fulfillment, distribution, and shipping, as well as fraud detection and loss prevention, as well as integration with payment gateways
  • This job needs a bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing management, business administration, information systems, or a closely related subject.
  • Preference is given to those with at least two years of experience selling collectibles online and/or in an auction atmosphere.
