Job Description

A document processor is employed by our print company to assist our clients’ administrative teams. The daily completion of our print and mail production operation, which includes the scanning, faxing, mailing, and other services related to this function, is the responsibility of the document processor. All tasks must be finished quickly, accurately, and of the highest caliber.

Qualifications:

  • The outlined actions should be carried out in the customary fashion. All duties, paperwork, system entry, and filing must be finished for proper completion.

  • Clean and digitize paper documents using specialized software.
  • Keeping to strict standards while achieving high levels of accuracy and output is essential.
  • Everything is printed and proofread by professionals to ensure correctness and meet deadlines. carries out audits and reproof readings per a document processing supervisor’s instruction.
  • Edit and reformat complex papers based on rough drafts in handwriting, computer files, or other media. Upload and manage your data with the help of document scanning and high-tech software.
  • Help disseminate documents and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Files, documents, and database/system information must be maintained both digitally and physically, and reports must be generated as required.
  • Be a part of the group in charge of setting the standards for the overall service level.
  • Examine insurance forms for accuracy and completeness, and then update relevant information in a specialized database.

Skills:

  • Must be able to think of new ideas, come up with original solutions, or rethink conventional ones.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in a law office or other legal context and three years of experience using a word processor effectively.
  • a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm, exceptional word processing skills, including perfect grammar and spelling, and precision with close attention to detail.
  • Be familiar with basic printing and production processes and have a strong grasp of graphic design and layout.
  • Being fluent in PowerPoint, Publisher, and Visio, among other desktop publishing and design programs, is essential.
