Job Description

The team in our print shop that supports our customers’ back offices includes a document processor. The Document Processor is in charge of making sure that our print and mail production operation, which includes scanning, faxing, mailing, and other services, is accomplished each day. Accurate, prompt, and high-quality work must be supplied on all assigned and executed tasks.

  • Help disseminate documents and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Use software to convert physical paper files to electronic ones and carry out document cleansing tasks.
  • Maintain system/database data, papers, and files in both electronic and paper form, and create needed reports.
  • uses dedicated conversion software or standard software to do document cleaning and file conversion.
  • Work is printed and proofread professionally to ensure it meets accuracy standards. carries out audits and reproof reading of work assignments as directed by a supervisor in the document processing department.
  • difficult papers in a uniform fashion from rough drafts, digital files, or other sources. It is possible to upload and manage files by scanning paper documents and using advanced software.
  • Join a group in charge of setting the general standards for service levels.
  • Keep to the prescribed methods of accomplishing the goals at hand. Make sure you fill out all the forms, enter all the data into the system, and file everything away appropriately.
  • Keep up a high level of precision and output under severe limitations.
  • Examine insurance forms for accuracy and completeness, and then update relevant information in a specialized database.


  • Knowledge and competence in graphic design and layout, as well as some knowledge of printing and production procedures, are required.
  • At least two years’ experience working in a law firm or similar legal environment is desired. Experience with a word processor of at least three years’ duration is required.
  • Be able to think creatively, come up with new ideas, and modify established ways of thinking.
  • skills in word processing, including 65 wpm typing speed, flawless grammar and spelling, and an eye for detail.
  • Must be proficient in all aspects of desktop publishing or design programs such as PowerPoint, Publisher and Visio.
