Qualifications:

  • Convert paper documents and files to digital formats and do document cleanup using software.
  • Follow the guidelines as you complete the tasks assigned to you. All necessary steps, paperwork, system input, and filing must be done to ensure a successful conclusion.
  • Facilitate the sharing of updates and relevant material with internal stakeholders.
  • Reporting on system and database activity, as well as maintaining associated data, documents, and electronic and physical files.
  • Take part in establishing the gold standard for customer service by joining the team responsible for doing so.

Skills:

  • Must possess a thorough understanding of all areas of desktop publishing or design applications like PowerPoint, Publisher, and Visio.
