  • Save time and effort by centralizing data from several offices and teams.
  • Assist the project manager and team in managing several projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and risk by performing tasks such as planning, tracking, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Project Controls and Reporting, Estimating, Planning, Document Control, Project Administration, and other support functions are all part of the project services.
  • Ensure the management and accruals of subcontractors, the control of materials, the cost-collection process, the monitoring of technical performance, the creation of integrated reporting, and the application of corrective measures.


  • strong computer skills with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Certificate/diploma/degree in business, finance, or related technical field.
  • Takes the initiative to quickly resolve a wide range of administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Livelink or other electronic document management system experience is a plus.
  • capable of picking up new abilities quickly and using them well.
