Qualifications:

• In addition to following and enforcing company policy, you’ll also be responsible for ensuring that your direct reports do so as well.
• Create a district merchandising plan based on data points, strategy, and seasonality to optimize performance by identifying patterns in product performance throughout your portfolio.
• Visit stores effectively while reinforcing routines that will lead to improved performance across the board.
• To be helpful to customers, you need to be well-versed in matters such as business regulations and procedures, store operations, team staffing and management, and customer service.
• looks at the routine work of the area’s residents. takes on the responsibility of educating supervisors on payroll processes.
• Keeping tabs on progress and following up regularly can help guarantee success.
• Get the best people on board, and keep them there, to achieve your short- and long-term goals.
