To assist the team, we are seeking for a Healthcare Administrator. This person should ideally have prior healthcare experience and will have the opportunity to grow and advance.

Qualifications:

• Verify that patient and partner allocations are accurate.
• Ensure that all aspects of patient care coordination are in order.
• Oversee the coordination of referrals to the agency from both internal and external sources.
• Ensure that the patient’s personalized POC is developed, implemented, and updated.
• Check to see if patient admission referrals are necessary.
• To ensure the agency’s clinical and financial success, work together with other essential company partners.
• Ascertain that the needs of patients are evaluated on a regular basis.
• Participate in any obligatory center/agency surveys and reports (Licensure / JCAHO).
• Check to see if the agency will be able to meet the patients’ projected clinical needs before accepting the admission.
• Clinical partners are coached, supervised, and precepted in order to meet favourable recruitment and retention goals.

Skills:

• You must have two (2) years of recent clinical experience as an RN.
• A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence in the state where you will be working.
• Working in home health for at least a year is needed.
• A nursing bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a certificate from an accredited/approved RN programme.
• It is required that you hold a valid CPR certificate.
