We’re searching for someone with a lot of initiative, a strategic mindset, and a knack for customer experience strategy. The Digital Strategist is a digitally aware expert with multi-national brand experience creating and implementing organizational transformation projects. Through strategic insights and direction, the Digital Strategist conveys the evolution of the consumer experience and develops strategic marketing programs that align with our clients’ overall business objectives, and makes significant recommendations that deliver on client business objectives and important metrics.

Qualifications:

  • As a link between Strategic Services and the Product team, provide product improvement proposals and requests along with customer feedback to assist shape and impact the product plan.
  • Serve as the email lead for one to two clients while also providing support for other accounts as required. Responsibilities include developing content calendars and goals, writing compelling emails, navigating and managing client approvals, carrying out testing and production, and optimizing based on performance and client feedback.
  • Help the Marketing Director with written and social videos. Ideation, production, and implementation of social media video goods will be in the portfolio.
  • Each quarter, work with the Marketing Director or VP of Marketing to design and implement two to four marketing campaigns or projects of varied scale, including the timely coordination of project deliverables with key channel managers and team leaders, as well.
  • Work as a go-between for B+C and agencies, and work with the marketing team on contracts, legal coordination, briefs for creative projects, and production logistics and management of actors and actresses in collaboration with the director.
  • Stay on top of the latest digital trends and technologies, so that we can provide our customers with cutting-edge advice that are based on industry standards. Carry out extra tasks in accordance with the instructions.
  • Work with the director’s partner marketing and development teams to help with the campaign. Prepare and disseminate donor reports and status updates.
  • Develop comprehensive digital plans in close collaboration with other digital strategists, managers, and members of our advertising and creative teams in order to optimize our clients’ online fundraising and engagement.
  • Constant campaign monitoring is required to ensure that the strategic direction is being followed in accordance with data synthesis.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to produce value models and revenue-generating insights that have a positive impact on a client’s organization and help it go forward.

Skills:

  • Synthesize and translate technical knowledge and/or data into coherent and succinct strategies. Clear problem-solving brings teams together.
  • Building customer journeys and using them to interact with customers and enhance their experience.
  • Experience in consumer research, insights, creative brief creation, campaign development, content strategy, touch point/journey mapping, and data-driven campaign execution.
  • The ability to use popular social media management tools like as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Sprinklr in conjunction with other digital tools such as Google Analytics or Brandwatch.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, business, or a similar discipline, as well as seven years’ worth of experience or more developing and implementing strategies in an agency setting.
