We’re searching for a Digital Strategist to assist us in managing and supporting some of our biggest retail clients. This person will be in charge of providing clients with specialized knowledge and assistance for long-term social and digital strategies in order to help them achieve their project objectives and maximize value.   • Act as a link between B+C, agencies, and partners on the marketing team, working with the Director on things like contracts, coordination with legal, creative briefs, production logistics, and talent management.
  • By providing written pieces and social videos, you will support the Marketing Director. Some time in the portfolio will be spent planning, creating, and deploying social media video products in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • To help create and influence the product roadmap, provide product upgrades and customer feedback to Strategic Services and the Product team.
  • build a comprehensive approach to digital fundraising and engagement with our advertising and creative teams in conjunction with other departments’ digital strategists, managers, and members
  • Work with the Marketing Director and the VP of Marketing on 2-4 marketing initiatives or projects per quarter. Coordinate project deliverables with project managers and team leaders.
  • Serve as the email lead for one to two clients while also providing support for other accounts as required. Responsibilities include developing content calendars and goals, writing compelling emails, navigating and managing client approvals, carrying out testing and production, and optimizing based on performance and client feedback.
  • To verify that campaigns are following the strategy, data must be analyzed and synthesized into suggestions and ideas that may be implemented.
  • Direct and conduct quantitative and qualitative research in order to build value models and revenue-generating insights that benefit a client’s business and help it grow.
  • Along with the Director, work with the Partner Marketing and Development teams to raise money to help the campaign. Make reports and updates for donors.
  • Know the latest digital trends and technologies so that we can provide our customers cutting-edge advice based on industry standards. fulfill any other duties that may be assigned to you.


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, business, or similar profession desirable; 7+ years developing and implementing agency strategies.
  • Experience building customer journeys and using them to find the best ways to connect with customers and make their experience better.
  • Experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and digital tools for analytics, influencer management, etc.
  • It is possible to break down large amounts of information into smaller, more comprehensible chunks. Finding common ground on which to work on problems and their solutions as a group.
  • Experience with a variety of different types of consumer research, the generation of insights, the development of creative briefs, the development of campaigns, content strategies, mapping of touch points and journeys, data-driven campaign execution, and optimizing creative based on campaign performance.
