We’re searching for someone with a lot of initiative, a strategic mindset, and a knack for customer experience strategy. The Digital Strategist is a digitally aware expert with multi-national brand experience creating and implementing organizational transformation projects. Through strategic insights and direction, the Digital Strategist conveys the evolution of the consumer experience and develops strategic marketing programs that align with our clients’ overall business objectives, and makes significant recommendations that deliver on client business objectives and important metrics.

  • Create content calendars and goals, write appealing emails, manage client approvals, test and produce, and improve based on customer feedback and performance; serve as the email lead for one or two clients; help out with extra accounts as needed
  • Providing text and social media videos will help you work with the Marketing Director. Social media video products will be developed and implemented in collaboration with the Marketing Manager in the portfolio.
  • Data synthesis into strategy suggestions and concept production, as well as constant campaign monitoring to guarantee adherence to the strategic direction
  • Liaison between Strategic Services and Product team to assist educate and influence product strategy by delivering product improvement requests and customer feedback.
  • Know the latest digital trends and technologies so that we can provide our clients with cutting-edge advice based on industry best practices. Carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you.
  • Value models and revenue generating insights that favorably influence and advance a client’s company ahead may be created via quantitative and qualitative study.
  • with the help of our advertising and creative teams, as well as the digital strategists, managers, and employees of other departments, develop a complete strategy to digital fundraising and engagement
  • Serve as a bridge between B+C, agencies, and partners with the marketing team on contracts, coordination with legal, creative briefs and production logistics and talent management in partnership with the Director of the company.
  • In coordination with the Director, drive the fundraising efforts of the Partner Marketing and Development teams in order to support the activities of the campaign. Create donor reports and maintain their information.
  • Under the guidance of the Marketing Director and VP of Marketing, support the development and implementation of 2-4 marketing campaigns or projects (of varied sizes) every quarter, including the timely coordination of project deliverables with key channel managers and team leaders.


  • Using real-world customer journeys to find opportunities to connect with consumers and improve their experience.
  • The ability to use popular social media management tools like as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Sprinklr in conjunction with other digital tools such as Google Analytics or Brandwatch.
  • Experience with different forms of consumer research, insight creation, creative brief formulation, campaign planning, content strategy, touch point/journey mapping, data-driven campaign execution, and creative optimization based on campaign success.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, business, or a similar discipline, as well as seven years’ worth of experience or more developing and implementing strategies in an agency setting.
  • Skill and experience in analyzing, synthesising, and converting highly technical knowledge and/or data into coherent and succinct ideas and strategies. Clearly articulating challenges and potential solutions as a means of bringing teams together.
