  • Making client campaigns successful requires thinking outside the box and developing new ideas.
  • Actively test and track campaign traffic, delivery, and activity to get insights from analytics and recommendations for campaign enhancements.
  • Construct and carry out customer-focused campaigns and activities that result in lasting, mutually beneficial business partnerships. Manage the creation of online advertising initiatives (with a major focus on paid social).
  • Optimize and expand your operations continuously through the use of tools like A/B testing, multivariate testing, customer segmentation, team brainstorming, and landing page optimization.
  • Assure that top-notch standards are reached and promptly applied to client work to support the team’s performance.
  • Take charge of an acquisition or performance campaign from start to finish, managing the creation, rollout, optimization, and analysis of digital advertising.
  • Manage advertising companies’ relationships with clients and oversee the administration of services relating to digital media.
  • Maintain a steady regimen of analysis and optimization of channel performance to guarantee that it meets or exceeds targets, and share your results with the rest of the acquisition team and the marketing leadership.
  • Engage in dialogue with senior client executives to coordinate essential agency resources to fulfill client demands and expand client business.
  • Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and reporting: Manage the annual budgeting process, as well as monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting for traffic, revenue, expenditure, ROI, and other performance KPIs at the channel level.


  • being able to lead client presentations both in person and over the phone, with a focus on quarterly business reviews, is a must.
  • minimum of five years of experience working in the media, preferably for or with an agency.
  • an understanding of how to properly design and strategize integrated campaigns with a sponsored social focus, utilizing a variety of approaches.
  • skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a demonstrated ability to learn and use new productivity software quickly and effectively.
  • History of successfully pitching business opportunities to existing and potential clients.
