Qualifications:
- Work on ad-hoc web team projects such as quality assurance testing of sites or software following updates. Performs digital content audits and/or gap assessments as required or requested to grow and improve online content inventory.
- Maintain a close eye on daily operations as well as all aspects of website development and content publishing as the site’s manager and major point of contact.
- Utilizes various teams (Editorial, Scientific, Research, etc.) to assist maintain information up-to-date, correct, and relevant for the viewers of each allocated website (including but not limited to science review).
- Responsible for the whole content lifetime, including the update management and retirement process, beginning with the scoping of needs and ending with the execution of such updates across all websites for content, including new product launches and messaging.
- Monitors digital trends and results on a regular basis and takes part in monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting of metrics for clients and leadership. Works to understand the available data and trends at all three levels of the user journey funnel (acquisition, engagement, and conversion) and takes steps to make progress at all three levels. Uses this information to work closely with web team leaders and other team members, business unit clients, and the Integrated Marketing team to improve the content on assigned websites and the overall quality of the sites.
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with employees, volunteers, authors, editors, and other digital support professionals (including suppliers) who are involved in digital content generation and online program participation. Participates actively in necessary department, team, and one-on-one meetings, whether planned or ad hoc.

- Ensures that message and digital content matches with the vision and strategy for assigned websites, as well as the expressed objectives of the relevant business units, Integrated Marketing, and the Company. Efforts to become a subject matter expert and go-to resource in given areas of expertise.
- May coordinate workflow and production review by assigned personnel to verify that supplied materials satisfy timelines, content quality, and audience specifications. Provides content help for proposal creation with the goal of acquiring new sponsors or retaining current ones. Understands, understands, and communicates digital constraints and capabilities to the assigned leadership team.
- Curates, publishes, and updates unique material for online domains to enhance user experience. This task may entail replying to requesters through an intake form or another manner. This task involves experience with a number of digital technologies, including the content management system (Sitecore) and other web-related tools needed to handle web page, interactive tool, app, blog, patient forum, and video material.
Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise designing, administering, and maintaining dynamic data-driven pages and websites, as well as Content Management Systems in Drupal, as well as knowledge with HTML/CSS/DHTML/PHP programming.
- A proven ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in several contexts, including but not limited to working with suppliers, sponsors, internal groups, and the general public online.
- As a result, they have a deep understanding of how to use social media sites such as LinkedIn and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- At least three years of experience managing digital/web projects and a bachelor’s degree in business or finance are required, as well as an in-depth grasp of responsive design and usability.
- The capacity to run a large-scale website by means of an enterprise Content Management System (CMS), including all aspects of the website’s structure, navigation, templates, modules, pages, and content (Episerver preferred).
