Job Description

In order to join our creative team, you must be a seasoned and versatile design director. We require a design and art direction guru to conceptualize and execute stunning visuals and media for our advertising campaigns. This includes but is not limited to product photography, motion graphics design, package design and illustration, and layout and design. You take great delight in providing visual solutions that are focused on the needs of your clients, and this aspect of your work is crucial. You are a genius when it comes to figuring out how to fix things. You are able to work well with people from other departments to deliver successful marketing campaigns and products. Most importantly, though, you are a visionary leader who can motivate the creative team to think outside the box and develop a coherent strategy for the brand’s visual identity.

  • Using a hands-on and personable management style, they oversee the entire operation to make sure that every aspect of the final product is flawless.
  • You’ll be an authority in design, among other things. As a result of your efforts, your clients, teams, and colleagues will be better equipped to think strategically about how to address business problems while simultaneously satisfying brand and customer needs. You’ll collaborate closely not only with our Creative Directors but also with a team of multifaceted strategists, project managers, and account teams.
  • Make suggestions and plan projects in a way that inspires our design team to produce innovative, inspiring, and ground-breaking work that can serve as a model for other designers to emulate.
  • Collaborate on the production of high-quality graphic assets for use in a variety of customer-focused advertising, marketing, and product-related endeavors.
  • to ensure that the projects you manage achieve more than their stated goals and open up new avenues for growth inside the client’s business.
  • Make sure the creative concept is successfully implemented by working with the production team and suppliers, as well as the strategy and creative teams, product designers, and motion designers.
  • To keep the brand moving ahead, this person needs to be familiar with the company’s strategy and brand goals in order to effectively communicate and collaborate with partners from the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate departments.
  • It is crucial to have a well-defined and engaging design perspective and vision for the future, as well as the confidence to actively pursue innovative design solutions and advocate for ground-breaking ideas.
  • Exhibit bravery in the face of ambiguity and a passion for bringing order to chaos via the study of design by doing original research. You’ll get to collaborate with Creative Directors on marketing concepts and experiences across many projects.
  • As we expand and add new offerings, it is essential that we stay true to our brand guidelines (namely, our typefaces, materials, and color schemes).


  • Ability to create visually appealing designs by applying knowledge of aesthetic principles to font, color, composition, and artwork for promotional purposes.
  • You need to have a flexible and confident mindset (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). Someone who can learn quickly and make a useful contribution to the team
  • Possessing and promoting brand standards for aesthetic and communicative quality while also demonstrating a deep understanding of how creativity may help achieve commercial goals.
  • A body of work that demonstrates a command of a wide range of design and visual solution modalities, including but not limited to digital, experiential, retail, and product/service design and narrative.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on design, in the context of integrated projects encompassing digital, social, or new media.
