Qualifications:

• Analyze product mixes for batch modifications, root cause investigations, or new product assessments. Assess the material’s quality using modern analytical procedures.

• The technician’s primary responsibilities include buffer prep, equipment maintenance, general lab upkeep, inventory of common items, and synchronization of these activities with other technicians.
• With the help of a technologist or a supervisor or manager, High Complexity testing can only be performed. Test findings that fall outside of permitted parameters must be investigated in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure timely product throughput through the lab work queue, thorough acquaintance with the Lab Scope and all relevant lab paperwork and procedures
• Participates in the assessment and presentation of outcomes in both official and informal settings, making suggestions as needed. With minimum supervision, analyzes and provides findings.

Skills:

• This role requires manufacturing experience or a mix of education and experience. A four-year college or university degree in chemistry is necessary for admission.
