Qualifications:

• Successfully exceeding sales, revenue, and profit targets while maintaining a positive, forward-thinking demeanor
• making sure that all employees may take advantage of any training and development opportunities to become fully versed in the company’s inner workings, protocols, and procedures.
• Workflow analysis and organization in the workplace, including but not limited to payroll, invoice, and cash management.
• Develop and recommend strategies to boost revenue, client retention, and workplace efficiency.
• Supervise the operation of all office systems and procedures.
• Coordinates staffing needs, recruiting, interviewing, hiring and termination in consultation with HR Department.
• Inspects patient records for errors and makes necessary postings.
• collaboration with the Head Dentist and Staff to improve organizational management
• Implementing marketing plans both internally and outside will aid in the practice’s expansion.
• maintains office protocol and updates staff on policy changes.

Skills:

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required, and experience managing a dental business is a plus.
• Manifests interpersonal skills both within the organization and with patients.
• thorough familiarity with all the components, specifications, and procedures of the dentistry industry.
• Three years’ experience or more in a healthcare management role is required.
• Self-directed learning provides knowledge of applicable systems/technologies.
